By accessing or using My Travel Buddy (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

My Travel Buddy is a digital guide platform allowing hosts to create and share property information and local recommendations with their guests. The Service is currently offered in beta and may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (e.g., property details, recommendations). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit this content solely for the operation of the Service.

You must ensure your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading information.

7. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is currently in beta and is provided “as is.” Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation during this phase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence where applicable.
